1. How do I order?

When you find the product you would like to buy - simply press "Add to cart" and then "Check out". from there you will only have to enter the shipping information that is required and pay through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

2. What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

3. Do you accept international orders?

We only ship orders in the USA.

5. Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry, currently we don't accept any payment over the phone. Please visit our website to pick your favourite items and finish your payment online.

6. How can I track my order?

You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven't received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can't find your tracking email, contact our friendly customer support team at support@avisbia.com, we would be more than happy to assist you.

7. Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancellations. If you want to change your order, please click the button contact us. You must contact us within 24 hours from you placed an order. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelt or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@avisbia.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

9. Received a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear you may have experience an issue with an item you order!

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 7 - 14 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHL

You can contact us at support@avisbia.com to get a replacement on its way to you as soon as possible! Please include your original order number and the problems you meet.

*We won't take back items because of size issues, so make sure you check the sizing references provided.

*Keep in mind, colours may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings, we will not take returns for colour issues.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and you must contact us for authorization to return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
